8. Party here. Party there. Party everywhere.
The busy-ness of December. Your schedule will be filled with Christmas parties from different groups.
My previous company usually schedule a party on the first week of December (like December 2) so it won’t conflict with year-end closing. Christmas basket will also be distributed on that day. The ham won’t last until 25th. Thank you very much.
My previous team in the company has a separate party as well. Usually after Billing closing. We go for karaoke and/or buffet.
Victory group Christmas party where you’ll usually dress according to the theme of the night like winter clothes or pastel colored dress/top.
Reunions are the best! I usually meet five or more different group of friends–from my previous company; high school barkada; college friends; YA group; PKC peeps; VG inner group and few closest besties. We catch up on each other’s lives and bully each other like there’s no tomorrow. Like we just met yesterday. Like nothing’s changed.
And what is the common thing on this meet up? FOOD. LOTS. OF. Imagine the bulk of food that we get to consume this season?
That’s why I usually tell my pants to back off and wait until next year (which is technically the following month)–or forever–so I can fit into it again.
Do you usually tell your pants the same thing during Christmas? Haha!
Enjoy the parties! 🙂
